Like many others, I had a tire emergency late on a Sunday a few hours from home. I had my car towed down from Sundance, and my tire replaced in just a few minutes. I appreciate them being open, and having the off size tire I needed in a pinch. Only downside, it’s not the brand I’d have used on my car given the choice. I paid more for a cheap brand of tire that I’ll have to replace anyway. But like I said, you’re really paying for them to get you on the road in an emergency. If they start carrying Contineantals, I’d go back for my regular tire rotations and maintenance

⭐ 1 Star – Avoid This Place! This was by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a tire shop. My family and I were traveling on a long road trip when I noticed uneven wear on the inside of my rear tires due to the vehicle being heavily loaded. I stopped at this shop because I needed the rear tires dismounted and flipped. The owner appeared to be intoxicated when I arrived. After I explained the job, he first quoted me $40, then suddenly changed the price to $80 if balancing was included. It honestly felt like he was making up prices on the spot. Since I was traveling with out-of-state plates and had limited options, I reluctantly agreed to pay $80. Things got even worse when his employee started lifting my vehicle with a manual jack. The jack was placed incorrectly, the vehicle slipped, and the jacking point/pinch weld on my car was bent and damaged. Instead of taking responsibility, the owner acted like it was no big deal. The employee simply admitted that he had positioned the jack incorrectly. They completed the tire swap but never performed the wheel balancing that I paid for. I only realized this after leaving because customers are not allowed to watch the wor

I came to the store and asked if they could help with a tire from my truck, which was parked only about 50 meters away. I was quoted $100 because they considered it roadside service. When I politely asked if they could offer a more reasonable price, I was told they were too busy and didn’t have time to deal with it. The interaction came across as rude and unprofessional. If you need service late at night, they may be one of the few places open, but I decided to wait until morning. Another shop repaired the tire quickly, charged a fair price, and provided excellent customer service. Unfortunately, my experience here was disappointing due to the attitude and lack of willingness to help.

My tire blew on the freeway and he was the only shop who answered his phone. He had 4 of my tire and installed them for $400. Was a super cheap brand of tire but walmart would only have been slightly cheaper so these guys did good. I rolled myself in and they fixed me up in 30 minutes or less
